Orders and Shipping

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Shipping transit times depend on your selected method, but usually take 1–5 business days for standard ground. If you choose expedited shipping, most orders arrive within 1–3 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also log into My Account → Orders, click your order number, and view its current status.

No. For your security, we never store full credit-card numbers on our servers. We use industry-standard tokenization with our payment gateway, so you can re-use saved payment methods without exposing your card details.

Yes. We calculate and charge sales tax based on the shipping address you enter at checkout. Rates vary by state and locality.

We ship anywhere UPS delivers within the lower 48 states.

We pack all items from the same order together whenever possible. However, if products ship from different warehouses or have vastly different sizes, you may receive multiple packages. All tracking numbers will be emailed to you.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. To start a return, email info@indconinc.com with your order number and reason for return; we’ll send you a prepaid label.

So sorry about that! Email info@indconinc.com right away with a photo of what you received and your order number. We’ll ship the correct item ASAP—no additional cost to you.

We’ll make it right. Please snap a photo of the damaged goods and packaging, then email info@indconinc.com with your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on your preference.

Once your return is approved, you’ll get an email with the return label and mailing address. Please pack securely.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll update your address. If it’s already in transit, we’ll coordinate with the carrier to reroute—UPS will charge a reconsignment fee.

You can cancel or modify orders within 1 hour of placement by emailing info@indconinc.com. After that, we’ll be processing it—if it’s too late to cancel, you can always return it once you receive it.
